SycoTec – A contribution to sustainability

Our PV system has now been in operation for around ten months and supplies SycoTec with around 25% of the electricity required throughout the year. The system consists of 1,950 modules with a total output of just under 800 kWp.

Since commissioning in October 2023, a total of 523,000 kWh of electricity has been generated; 352,000 kWh of this electricity has been utilised by SycoTec itself. The remaining 171,000 kWh were fed into the public grid.

On sunny days, the system can cover the entire electricity demand for up to five hours at full load.
