Apprenticeship fair at the Cineplex in Memmingen
On 12 November 2024, the training fair organised by Azubispot took place at Cineplex Memmingen from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm. This event provided an excellent platform for young pupils to find out about various training opportunities and get to know potential employers.
Location and atmosphere
The choice of the Cineplex cinema in Memmingen as the venue proved to be extremely successful. The modern and inviting atmosphere of the cinema created a pleasant setting for the trade fair. The spacious rooms and their concept enabled the exhibitors to organise their stands in an appealing way and offer visitors enough space to look around in peace. The easy accessibility of the Cineplex and the available parking facilities also contributed to a positive overall impression.
Visitors and programme
The fair attracted many pupils who came to find out about the various training programmes on offer. The large number of visitors was evidence of the high level of interest in the apprenticeships on offer. The event was well organised: We as exhibitors had the opportunity to present our offers in personal talks. We also gave two informative presentations on the apprenticeships we offer (industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, electronics technician and computer scientist). These presentations gave the visitors valuable insights into SycoTec and its professional fields.
Concept and conclusion
The conclusion of the training fair was consistently positive. With this concept, Azubispot has succeeded in creating a platform that is of great benefit to both exhibitors and visitors. The combination of personal discussions, informative presentations and an appealing location made the event a complete success.
The fair not only encouraged dialogue between companies and potential trainees, but also provided a valuable opportunity to clarify questions and find out about the requirements and prospects in various professions. The positive response from visitors and exhibitors shows that such events are important in promoting young talent in the region and strengthening the link between education and the world of work.
