For example, we have developed a highly-efficient motor spindle for dental CAD/CAM – specially designed for the processing of high-performance materials such as zirconium oxide, glass ceramics, titanium or plastics. The type 4033 AC “2ST-60” impresses with its flexible wire-to-wire connection concept, has a dual lifetime-lubricated bearing system and, for automated machine concepts, a pneumatic tool-changing system as well. Sealing air is used to give the motor spindle an optimal protection against external dirt caused by a wide range of media, and its taper cleaning system is a reliable guarantee of clean performance. A wear-resistant stainless steel housing and optional tool break detection round off the optimal performance of our 4033 AC “2ST-60” motor spindle.
