YOUR TASKS
Industrial mechanics manufacture equipment parts and assemblies for machines and production plants, set them up or convert them. They monitor and optimize production processes and take on repair and maintenance tasks.
Training duration: 3.5 years

Lessons: weekly (1.5 days)
Contents of the vocational training:
- Plan and prepare work tasks in a team
- Manufacture components using production techniques (e.g. turning, milling, grinding…)
- Maintain and/or repair machines

Completion of the vocational school for electrical engineering (We offer an internship for the attendance of the vocational school).
YOUR TASKS
Electronics technicians for machine and drive technology manufacture windings, assemble electrical machine and drive systems, commission them and maintain them. Typical fields of application are manufacturing and production plants, service areas and test fields.

YOUR TASKS
Technical product designers specializing in machine and system construction design, construct and modify components and assemblies. In cooperation with the development department, they produce detailed models on CAD systems. In doing so, they observe the relevant standards, take electrotechnical components into account and select suitable standard parts and materials that meet the requirements. They also create assembly plans and parts lists for production.
Training duration: 3.5 years
Vocational school: Gewerbliche Schule Ravensburg
Lessons: weekly (1.5 days)
Contents of the vocational training:
- Learning the basics of design
- Experience and use tools, materials and manufacturing processes in a practical way
- Learn how to use a 3D CAD system (SolidWorks, CATIA V5)
- Creating 3D models and deriving drawings
- Reading, applying and generating workshop drawings, plans and documents
- Carrying out technical calculations and detailed designs
- Familiarization with operational processes, order procedures and safety regulations
Requirements general
