SycoTec offers you components manufactured to the highest precision using a variety of technologies, including turning, grinding, honing, drilling, broaching, deep drawing, welding (TIG/MAG), edging, trimming, milling and more. OUR SERVICES
PRECISE LASER CUTTING
SycoTec offers precise laser cutting. This is an advanced manufacturing process that uses a focused laser beam to cut materials with high accuracy and precision. The process involves heating the material to the point where it melts, burns or vaporizes, creating a clean and precise cutting line. This enables the cutting of complex shapes and fine details that are difficult to achieve with traditional cutting methods. Typical applications can be found in metalworking, electronics, medical technology and arts and crafts. The advantages of laser cutting are high cutting quality, low material deformation and fast processing times.
WE OFFER:
- Fiber technology Power classes 1-6 kW, on 3 different systems
- Sheet thicknesses from 0.1 to 15 mm
- Main materials: steel, stainless steel, electrical sheets
- Mainly small to medium-sized workpieces
- An optical 2D precision measuring machine is used for control purposes

PUNCHES
We also offer punching as a manufacturing process. Punching involves using a mechanical press and a punching tool to shape materials into the desired form. A special method is punching with a turret punching machine, which is equipped with integrated angle shears. This machine has a rotating tool head with various punching tools, which enables quick tool changes and high flexibility. The integrated angle shear allows precise cutting of angles and straight edges, which further increases the efficiency and accuracy of the process. This is ideal for processing metal sheets in various thicknesses and formats.

BENDING
Another technology we offer is bending. Bending involves bending sheet materials at a precisely defined angle to create complex shapes and profiles. This process is carried out using press brakes that press the material between a die and a punch. Press braking enables the production of precise and stable angles that are required for various industrial applications. Typical materials that are processed during bending are steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Thanks to the high precision and repeat accuracy of bending, we can guarantee consistently high-quality results.

- Maximum steel length: 4000 mm at 80 t pressing force
- Maximum length stainless steel: 3000 mm at 60 t pressing force incl. machine with angle measuring system

PRESSING / DEEP DRAWING
Another technology we offer is pressing and deep drawing. These processes are used to transform flat sheet materials into complex, three-dimensional shapes. In pressing, the material is formed into the desired shape using a mechanical or hydraulic press. Deep drawing is a special pressing process in which the material is drawn through a punch into a die to create deep, hollow shapes. These techniques enable the production of components with high strength and precision, which are required for various industrial applications such as automotive, aerospace and household appliances. Our modern machines ensure consistent quality and efficiency in the processing of steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

GRINDING
Sycotec offers grinding services for metals. Grinding uses rotating grinding tools to remove material from the surface in order to achieve a smooth surface or to achieve precision in shape and dimensional accuracy. This process is particularly important for the fine machining of workpieces to reduce surface roughness or to meet specific tolerances. Our grinding machines are designed to deliver high-precision results when machining metals such as steel, stainless steel and aluminum, and meet demanding quality standards for various industrial applications.

- Surface grinding machine for surface finishing up to 300 mm wide and 1000 mm long
- Processing of square tubes and flat materials
- Precision hand grinding of visible parts: Steel (pre-treatment for surface coating) and stainless steel (visible surface)
- Precision cylindrical grinding
WELDING
Sycotec offers welding services including TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding) and MAG (Gas Metal Arc Welding). In TIG welding, an arc is created between a non-melting tungsten electrode and the workpiece, while a shielding gas such as argon is used to protect the weld from oxidation. This method is particularly suitable for thinner materials and enables precise control of the welding process.
MAG welding, on the other hand, creates an arc between a continuously fed wire electrode and the workpiece. A shielding gas is used that also contains active components such as CO2 or mixed gases to protect the weld seam and improve the melting properties. MAG welding is effective for thicker materials and larger workpieces.
These welding processes enable us to join a variety of metals efficiently and provide high-quality, durable weld seams for a wide range of industrial requirements.

DRILLING
Drilling is a basic manufacturing process that Sycotec offers for industrial components. It involves using rotating cutting tools called drills to remove material from a workpiece to create precise holes. This technique is crucial for the production of components in various industries, including the automotive, aerospace and engineering industries.
Our drilling machines are designed to efficiently process a wide range of materials such as metals, plastics and composites. Using modern CNC-controlled technology, we guarantee high precision, repeat accuracy and fast machining times. This enables us to meet demanding requirements for hole diameters, tolerances and surface quality.

The assembly of components is a central step in the production process at Sycotec. Here, individual components are joined together to form a complete product or system. This includes the precise fitting, fastening and connecting of parts according to specific technical requirements and drawings.

TURNING-MILLING AND GRINDING
Our service portfolio also includes turning- milling- and grinding machining to produce precise components from a wide range of materials. Automatic turning-milling machines are high-precision machines that combine both turning and milling operations in a single machining process. These machines are particularly popular in modern manufacturing as they can increase efficiency and reduce production times. They make it possible to produce complex parts with tight tolerances by performing different machining operations in a single operation. Our grinding operations ensure perfect, smooth surfaces with optical and dimensional accuracy. These processes offer optimal solutions for demanding industrial requirements.
- Versatile turning and milling machining, from short to long turning, for simple to highly complex turned parts made of various materials such as steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics. We machine bar diameters from 2.0 mm to 100 mm.
- Precise external and internal grinding for the highest machining quality. We also offer thread grinding and honing processes.
