The record 32% increase in the sales of our high-frequency motor spindles in the last 24 months is both a welcome result and a challenge for SycoTec. In order to be ideally prepared for the strong and sustained demand for high-frequency motor spindles with highly qualified and fast servicing and repairs, our service excellence in the area of after sales has been consistently enhanced.
We have reorganised the motor spindle service department, optimised service processes, accelerated throughput times as well as invested in new employees and test equipment. Systematically and comprehensively equipped in this way for the challenges of growth, we are improving our performance and reliability step by step – for maximum customer satisfaction.

High-precision and robust SycoTec high-frequency spindles contain maintenance-free ball bearings that operate at speeds of up to 100,000 rpm. In use 24/7, they cover distances that would allow us to fly from the Earth to the moon and back many times over. Thanks to the premium quality of the high-frequency motor spindles, which are designed to be distinctly long-lasting, it is worthwhile servicing them to increase their economic life.
Even motor spindles that have already provided a perfect drive for 10 or 15 years without a break.
Up to 40 % increase in maximum torque
The new high-frequency inverters e@syDrive 4624, 4625 and 4626 enable the maximum torque in the lower speed range to be increased by up to 40% for all SycoTec motor spindles in the low-voltage range (below 50V AC and 70V DC operating voltage).

New design colours for OEM motor spindles
SycoTec high-frequency drives now come with yet another customisation option. In addition to the two SycoTec colours of green and red, there are a further five basic colours to choose from for the aluminium end caps of the pneumatic cylinders of our OEM motor spindles. From now on, you can order even smaller minimum quantities of your SycoTec high-frequency motor spindles in your chosen design colour from amongst seven different eloxal colours.
