The new motor spindle series 5045
With the 5045 series, SycoTec has developed a new generation of powerful high-frequency spindles for your industrial applications such as drilling, milling, grinding and engraving. The new high-frequency spindle replaces the 4040 and 4041 series and surpasses its predecessors in all technical details: It is more efficient, faster, more versatile, offers a higher degree of protection and has innovative product features such as taper cleaning and collet stop.
With its high performance and range of variants, the new motor spindle series 5045 sets benchmarks in the efficient, flexible and precise machining of all kinds of materials. Particularly worth mentioning here, for example, is the use of state-of-the-art clamping systems, which guarantee optimal concentricity and repeatability in all applications.
The most important new features of the motor spindle series 5045 include:
– even more powerful motor elements for operation from 48 V up to 180 V
– rotation speeds of up to 70,000 rpm
– direct shaft clamping system C5 on models 5045 AC-C5 and 5045 DC-C5 with maximum running accuracy
– variable bearing arrangement with 2 or 3 hybrid ball bearings
– higher degree of protection (IP55)
– taper cleaning (TC) and collet stop (CS)
