Having invested in a new laser welding machine, we have successfully closed a gap in our production activities and are now able to offer stator production entirely in-house. Considerably faster and in even better quality.
State-of-the-art technology
The procurement of the new machine not only brings our production facility up to the current state of the art but also gives you, our customer, tangible advantages. Because laser-cut electrical sheets can now be packetised entirely in-house and welded to complete stator packs. All stators are thus exclusively “made by SycoTec” – a clear advantage in terms of product quality and reliability.
Further advantages include:
- Greater flexibility and speed: From now on we can build up stators and copper-plated rotors from the ground up ourselves and, for example, supply prototypes within a few weeks, if required.
- Clear time and cost savings: Multiple processes are automated and different process steps can be performed in a single pass. This lets us produce faster and more efficiently.
- Manual operation: The possibility to also produce manually enables even small quantities of components to be manufactured quickly and easily as required.
