High power density for maximum production output – the concept of the INDEX CNC multi-spindle system manufactured in the Deizisau factory is optimally implemented through the interaction with SycoTec high-frequency motor spindles. In machining operations that require high speeds, the use of SycoTec high-frequency spindles enables shorter machining times and an excellent surface finish.
For example, using types 4015 DC and 4033 AC from SycoTec enables optimal use of the restricted space conditions in multi-spindle lathes and the achievement of outstanding machining results. Simple integration of the high-frequency motor spindles into INDEX’s own tool holder and integration into the control system makes tool changes quick and straightforward (clamping is performed pneumatically via a button on the screen).
